Kevin's been a qualified carpenter since 2012, with 14+ years across renovations, fit-offs and repair work. The job gets marked out properly, built to lines that stay true, and finished so the painter has a clean surface to work with.
Because Kevin's also a qualified plasterer, framing flows straight into sheeting and finishing. One tradesman, no waiting on a second trade, no finger-pointing if something doesn't line up.

We sell outcomes, not hours. Every job is a fixed-price quote with a written contract. Larger projects start with a $99 site visit, credited toward the total if you proceed.

Do you do small carpentry jobs?
Yes. Door rehangs, single-room framing, architrave and skirting replacement, and minor repairs are all welcome. KGW is built for jobs too complex for a handyman, and too small for a full builder.
Can you do framing and the plaster afterwards?
Yes. Kevin is qualified in both trades, so framing flows straight into sheeting and finishing with one tradesman. No waiting on a second trade.
Do you take on commercial or fit-out carpentry?
Yes, selectively. Smaller commercial fit-outs, internal carpentry and partition work for offices and retail. Email kevin@kgwbuilds.com with the scope and we'll come back with a fixed-price quote and timeline.
Do you offer a workmanship warranty?
Yes. Carpentry installations and repairs come with a workmanship warranty. If something isn't right, I come back and fix it.
