KGW is built differently. Kevin is qualified in both carpentry and plaster, so he does most of the work himself. Demo, framing, sheeting, finishing. Same person, same standard. For other trades (electrical, plumbing, tiling), he brings in trusted Toowoomba locals he's worked with for years.
The result: one main contact, one set of standards, and a job that gets finished when he said it would.

We sell outcomes, not hours. Renovations are quoted as fixed-price packages with a written contract. You know the total up front, with the day-by-day plan attached.

Do you handle other trades like plumbers and sparkies?
Kevin handles all carpentry, framing, plaster and finishing himself. For other trades (electrical, plumbing, tiling), Kevin coordinates with trusted Toowoomba locals. You still deal with one main contact.
How long does a single-room reno take?
A single-room renovation typically takes 1 to 2 weeks on site. Bathroom and kitchen renos usually run 3 to 6 weeks including third-party trades. You get a day-by-day plan up front.
Do I need to move out during the work?
Usually no. Most single-room renovations can be done while you live in. We seal off the work area, control dust, and clean up daily.
Do you do new builds?
No. KGW focuses on renovations and internal work. For new builds or major structural work I'll happily refer you to a builder.
